The Regeneration Garden

  • Fertilizer plants

Due to a close relationship (symbiotic) between the bacteria in the soil and a number of plants, the nitrogen in the atmosphere is captured, transformed, and returned to the soil after ploughing. Other plants are sowed between two periods of cultivation and simply buried to boost the soil’s content in humus. Similarly, wood ashes boost the soil in potassium content.
